At German Auto Line, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide a clear, fair, and transparent return process for all automotive parts purchased from our store.

This policy applies to all customers worldwide, including UAE, USA, UK, EU, GCC, and other international regions.


1. 14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging with all accessories included
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
  • Show no signs of installation, modification, or damage

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Installed or used items
  • Electrical components that have been fitted
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

3. How to Start a Return

Step 1: Request Return Approval

Email us at info@germanautoline.com with:

  • Order number
  • Part number(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Step 2: Approval

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.


Step 3: Shipping the Item

  • Pack item securely in original packaging
  • Write the RAN clearly on the box
  • Use a trackable and insured shipping service

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Step 4: Inspection

Once received, items are inspected within 10 business days before refund or exchange is processed.


4. Shipping Costs & Fees

Return Shipping

  • Our mistake (wrong/damaged item): We cover return shipping
  • Customer choice return: Customer pays return shipping

Original Shipping Fees

  • UAE: Shipping may be refunded depending on case
  • International: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless our error

Restocking Fee

  • UAE / GCC / UAE customers: No restocking fee
  • International customers: Up to 15% restocking fee may apply for non-fault returns

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days after approval
  • Banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund

Partial or Rejected Returns

Refunds may be reduced or denied if:

  • Item is used or installed
  • Packaging is missing or damaged
  • Item is returned after 14 days
  • Item is not eligible for return

If rejected, the item will be returned to the customer at their cost.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

You must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of packaging and product

We will provide:

  • Replacement or full refund
  • Free return shipping (if applicable)

7. Exchanges

For faster service, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately for refund.


8. Vehicle Compatibility

We strongly recommend confirming compatibility before purchase by providing:

  • VIN number
  • Vehicle make, model, year
  • Engine details

If a correct part is ordered but no longer needed, it can only be returned if unused and within 14 days.


9. Installation Policy

  • Professional installation is strongly recommended
  • Installed or attempted installation items are not eligible for return
  • Damage caused by improper installation voids return eligibility
