Warranty Coverage Period
This warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase on all eligible products.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material or production faults
- Functional failure under normal use
- Premature breakdown not caused by misuse or installation errors
Warranty Remedies
If a valid claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:
- Replacement part (if available)
- Store credit equal to the product value
- Repair (if applicable)
What’s NOT Covered
Installation & Misuse
- Incorrect or improper installation
- Damage caused during installation
- Accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Collision or road impact damage
- Unauthorized modifications
Normal Wear & Tear
- Brake pads, filters, bulbs, belts, and other consumables
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, fading, minor dents)
Environmental Damage
- Rust, corrosion, or chemical damage
- Extreme weather or temperature exposure
- Racing or performance use
- Commercial or fleet vehicle use
Fitment Issues
- Incorrect parts ordered by customer
- Issues caused by modified vehicles
Professional Installation Required
Warranty is valid only if installed by a qualified automotive technician.
DIY installation will void the warranty. Proof of professional installation may be required.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Step 1: Prepare Information
- Order number
- Vehicle details (make, model, year, engine, VIN last 8 digits)
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the problem
- Installer details (if applicable)

Step 3: Review Process
We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
RMA is valid for 30 days.
Return Process (Approved Claims)
Return Shipping
- Our fault (defective/wrong item): We cover return shipping
- Other cases: Customer is responsible for return shipping
Return Conditions
- RMA number must be clearly shown on package
- Items must be securely packed
- All parts and accessories must be included
- Items must be clean and unmodified
Important Terms
- Warranty covers product value only (no labor or installation costs)
- Not transferable to another buyer
- Replacement items continue under the original warranty period
- Final approval is made after inspection
